I've been to the shop before and came back because they did a great job the first time. Most recently, my car was having issues with no warning lights, and they were able to diagnose the problem the same day I dropped it off. They explained everything clearly, gave helpful recommendations, and never pressured me into an expensive service that was not necessary. As long as I live in Louisville I'll bring my car here. If you have an Audi, bring it here over the dealer, better in every way.
Addition to previous post: I have lived in Europe, the middle east and all over the U.S. During those 60 years I have had 38 cars and been to countless service centers...but The Shop SHOULD GET 6 STARS! They diagnosed and repaired things other mechanics could not find...and they found multiple other things that needed immediate attention I didn't know were developing and potentially serious problems.Skilled, caring and honest mechanics are a rare breed, but that's what you get with Steven and his team! I had a great experience at The Shop. After having a check engine light pop up, I reached out to The Shop based on their excellent google review. They did not disappoint. Jacob was very communicative and thoroughly explained the issue and the repair when he called after the diagnosis. I feel that the repair was a very fair price and, more importantly, I trust their work. The Shop will be my first stop for future repair work, no question.

The shop is definitely a place I will recommend Steven,Jacob and the staff made me feel good about bringing my car in. I had a new engine put in my Kia sorento they fixed it so quick and my car runs as good as when I bought it brand new. They also Educated more about my car things the car dealer ship won’t tell you. If you want to best service you have to visit the shop.
